* Allocate resource required to execute a project. * Organize all the project activities,schedule and follow up,and review schedule with customer and project team* Follow up on action items of kick-off, design, and project status update review meeting. * Provide project status report to management weekly or under request. * Monitor and ensure engineering design and documentation are on time and complete. * Root cause analyzing and problem-solving for project issue* Support FAT with the customer. * Support actions to customer service request and complaint. * Execute approved customer changes, update the official schedule as needed. * Proactively identify and manage the risks of the project.* Plan and manage all aspects of the product introduction process (engineering, design transfer, validation, launch, scale-up)
