Key Responsibilities: Design and develop new features and enhancements for the product with a focus on security, performance, and testing. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Designers, and other stakeholders to deliver user-centric features. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that aligns with modern web application best practices. Architect scalable and fault-tolerant systems that support product growth and stability. Continuously improve the product experience by identifying and addressing technical challenges and inefficiencies. Perform code reviews, share knowledge, and help uplift the overall codebase quality. Engage in a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and mentorship within the engineering team. Follow established development workflows and contribute to process improvements where necessary. Proactively deliver small features and improvements independently while seeking guidance when needed. Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, suggesting innovative solutions to optimize system performance and development efficiency.

We are looking for a Software Engineering Team Lead to join our technology team and help shape the systems that support our fast-growing e-commerce business. This role is ideal for someone with at least 5 years of software development experience and a strong interest in team leadership, scalable systems, and cloud technologies. Responsibilities: 1. Design and develop internal systems that support business operations and meet employee needs 2. Work closely with business and operations teams to understand requirements, define clear specifications, and ensure smooth project delivery 3. Lead and support a team of engineers, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices in software development 4.
