The role has the responsibility to work on the following description:Made and ever completed the business requirement, business process / data flow diagram dan solution design of SAP implementation (module) under PM & TL work request.Made and ever completed the blueprint of SAP implementation (respective module) under PM & TL work request.Made and ever completed the SAP setup, parameterized and configuration (respective module) under PM & TL work request.Make and propose project timeline, SAP implementation & rollouts, budget (related SAP & resources), progress and any changes by following the project management frame work.Understand the project management roles, work with all shareholder, IT team client and other consultant/vendor

- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients - Translate business needs into functional system specifications - Configure systems (e.g., SAP modules) based on requirements - Work closely with technical teams for system development and implementation - Conduct testing (UAT) and ensure the solution meets business needs - Provide user training and support after implementation - Prepare functional documentation

- Manage and grow relationships with existing and potential clients for ERP solutions- Identify client needs and propose suitable ERP products/services (e.g., SAP)- Drive sales targets, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations- Monitor project progress and ensure client satisfaction- Stay updated on ERP trends and market opportunities

Calculate the required shutter/steel door materials for production and ensure that data input into the SAP WMS system is accurate and functioning properly.Responsible for monitoring raw material and component stock levels, ensuring smooth production processes by minimizing material shortages.Prepare production plans and communicate them with the production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth and timely operations.Prepare monthly reports related to production results, including data analysis and monitoring of target achievements.Ensure that required raw materials are available as per production needs and avoid any delays.Control and verify that production processes comply with approved working drawings.Collaborate with other departments such as production, warehouse, and purchasing to ensure the smooth flow of the production process.

Develop add-on program or customizations within ERP product (SAP or Epicor) according to customers’ business needsTest the add-on program according to customers’ needs and expectationsAnalyze bugs and errors and do corrective actionsConduct final testing to ensure all developed program/add-ons are bugs-freePerform documentations for the customizations/add-on programs as necessary
