Responsibilities Lead an international SAP team (9–12 members, mainly based in Europe) Drive global SAP S/4 HANA rollout and implementation Enhance SAP standardization across global operations Collaborate with business units to resolve complex SAP (FI/CO) issues Participate in future system architecture and process design Manage cross-regional projects and stakeholder alignment Tech Stack SAP S/4 HANA / SAP R3 Master Data Management ETL Processes SAP FI / CO System Integration Enterprise Applications Additional Information Direct reporting line to European Director (based in Germany)Exposure to CIO-level stakeholdersBusiness travel to Europe required (less than3 months/year)Flexible working hours (7:30–9:30 AM start)
