[About the Role]We are looking for experienced physics professionals to help train and evaluate advanced AI models so they can reason like real-world physicists. In this role, you’ll use your domain expertise to design challenging physics problems, review AI-generated outputs, and establish clear scientific evaluation standards across classical, modern, and computational physics. This is a flexible, remote freelance role that can be done alongside your research, teaching, or professional commitments. [What You’ll Do]As a Physics Expert – AI Trainer, you will:• Evaluate AI-generated answers to physics questions for correctness, mathematical rigor, clarity, and conceptual depth.• Design realistic physics scenarios, prompts, and multi-step problems (e.g., mechanics, EM, thermodynamics, quantum, relativity, optics).• Create scoring rubrics and structured evaluation guidelines to assess model performance across multiple subfields.• Provide high-quality written feedback to improve the reasoning, derivations, and scientific explanations of AI models.• Develop technically rigorous problem sets, conceptual explanations, or experiment-based questions depending on your specialization.• Collaborate with AI research teams to refine datasets, tasks, difficulty levels, and evaluation methods over time.

OVERALL MISSION / PURPOSEResponsible for all thermal related tasks in the TW Mechanical Engg to support and provide deliverables throughout the design standardization, RFQ Platform development, New Program Introduction (NPI) development and Legacy models in accordance with customer requirements, regulatory standards and company quality policy. Aims are - satisfactory result of OTD ( On time Delivery) against the committed schedule, high quality, cost effective design, and customer satisfaction in multiple projects simultaneously as well as in good quality results.KEY RESULTS AREAS / DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES TIME SPENT ON THE DUTYNew Program Introduction (NPI) development In any chance possible, it needs to work/design with the approach that the mat'l selected/design could be reused with the same IPN.It would be benefiicial to shorten the development leadtime and cost effective.Support/provide delliverables to Lead engineer/team manager in standardization development.RFQ Platform developmentSupport/provide delliverables to Lead engineer/design team manager in RFQ Platform development activities.Propose thermal design concept and thermal simulation report to be included in technical proposal for customerSupport all thermal and acoustic related activity / deliverable in Platform design developmentNew Program Introduction (NPI) development Responsible for supporting all thermal related activities / deliverables in NPI development starting from Proto to PVT.Activities include, but not limit to, thermal and acoustic design, related verification tests, Reliability Engg (RE) test support, design review meeting, customer conference call, factory DFM review, factory build support…etcDeliverables include, but not limit to, CRTM, test / design check report, thermal simulation report, design document for customer approval, inof to Engineering Coordinator (EC) for BOM or document release, …etcJOB SPECIFICATION / COMPETENCY REQUIREDKnowledgeAirflow / Thermal management of Power supply coolingHeat transfer, fluid and thermodynamics theoryDesign and manufacture knowledge in heatsink and other thermal solutionSkillsProficiency in FloTHERM simulationProficiency in thermal and wind tunnel verificaiton testExcellent written and verbal communication skill in both Mandarin and EnglishAbility to use 3D modeling programAbilities BehaviorGood initiativeGood responsibility
