Key objectives include ensuring compliance while simultaneously protecting TSMC's interests and enhancing shareholder value.Key tasks and responsibilities include:1. Prepare and file public disclosures pursuant to Taiwan and US regulations governing listing companies.2. Handle shareholders’ questions and manage shareholder affairs, such as shareholder meeting and dividend distribution.3.
