In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of engineering, product, and business, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic goals. What You’ll Do Project Planning Execution Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with product and engineering teams. Create detailed project plans, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively. Cross-Functional Coordination Facilitate communication between engineering, design, product, and business stakeholders. Ensure alignment across teams and maintain clear priorities. Technical Oversight Collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical requirements, dependencies, and risks. Translate complex technical concepts into actionable steps for stakeholders. Agile Methodology Lead agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure continuous improvement. Adapt and refine processes to fit the needs of a fast-paced startup environment.
