In this role you will:Curate High-Quality Datasets: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather large-scale, domain-relevant video and image datasets critical for AI/ML development.Develop Data Annotation Processes: Establish workflows for effective data labeling (e.g., ground truths) to enable accurate training and testing of machine learning models.Catalog and Structure Data: Implement and maintain metadata standards to organize datasets, ensuring easy access, traceability, and proper data governance for AI/ML usage.Integrate with AI/ML Workflows: Partner with AI/ML Engineers to design data pipelines that support model training, optimization, and deployment on embedded platforms and host systems.Automate and Optimize Data Workflows: Build tools and automated processes to enhance data ingestion, labeling, and cataloging for scalability and reliability.Ensure Data Quality: Monitor and enforce data integrity, consistency, and security across the entire data lifecycle.Key Qualifications:For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:3 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a related role focused on managing large-scale datasets, particularly for AI/ML or video processing applications.Strong programming skills in Python and SQL for developing automated pipelines and data workflows.Prior experience with data labeling tools and techniques (e.g., Labelbox, Supervisely, or custom solutions).Knowledge of metadata design and database management to support efficient data access and cataloging.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for data processing and storage.Solid understanding of AI/ML data requirements, including how labeled and structured data impacts algorithm performance.Familiarity with version control and best practices for dataset management in collaborative environments.Preferred Qualifications:Education:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related discipline.A Masters degree or specialization in Data Engineering, AI/ML, or Big Data is a plus. #LI-SL1Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
