Based in Edison, New Jersey, Joseph Sudnick joined Fond du Lac Cold Storage in 2020. As an executive leader at the third-party logistics company specializing in storing and delivering fine wine, cheeses, and chocolates throughout New Jersey and New York, Joseph Sudnick oversees all business operations.

His oversight encompasses a warehouse that receives and stores deliveries containing millions of units. Product claims have fallen by 75 percent since Mr. Sudnick assumed the position of president of operations and chief operating officer. Joe Sudnick has also served Fond du Lac Cold Storage in roles such as manager and director of inventory, loss prevention, security, and safety.

In addition to his work as vice president at Fond du Lac Cold Storage, Mr. Sudnick serves as a meteorology consultant who provides snow services and local forecasts to hundreds of local followers. In his free time, Joseph Sudnick coaches youth sports, including his children's teams.

Mr. Sudnick studied human resources at Seton Hall University in South Orange. He achieved a master of arts, graduated with honors, and became a dean’s list student at Rutgers University.
