Based in San Diego, Joshua Pratchard held responsibilities as project manager with Second Chance Fields for nearly a decade. Leveraging a dozen years of experience in construction management, he worked to identify opportunities for upgrading and replacing sports fields at public high schools. Joshua Pratchard engaged with major corporate sponsors, school leaders, and school district construction managers to ensuring that various location requirements were met.

Serving in the US Marine Corps from 1999 to 2005, Mr. Pratchard was active as an aircrew and aviation life support systems technician. Earning promotion to a position as lance corporal in recognition of exemplary service, he coordinated with quality assurance to provide equipment that backed up C-130C Hercules and F/A-18 squadrons.

Next serving as a foreman and journeyman glazier with the Glaziers Union DC 16 Local 169 in Oakland, Mr. Pratchard delegated project duties to journeyman glaziers. He was responsible for installing structural steel and glass at locations throughout the Bay Area and participated in construction projects including prefabrication, assembly, milling, and welding. Currently attending the University of California, Davis, Joshua Pratchard is working toward a certificate in construction management. He holds a BA in business from Indiana University.
