I serve as PLM /BD and department head, leading the PM/business team (8 ~10members)  and RD team to complete the following projects :

  • AIoT Software and hardware Total Solutions for Smart Home /Imaging Application/Energy Series subscription services  and revenue has reached  about NT$100 million in 2024/2~Now.
  • GenAI digital products have been introduced into Foxconn Brazilian factory and 4 related technology companies in Taiwan. The total revenue  in 2025 is expected to be NT$200 million.
  • Energy-saving EMC in Taiwan Nanqing Factory of Ingrasys Technology Inc. The total revenue  in 2025 is expected to be NT$100 million. 
  • VMS industrial safety identification system solutions for Smart factory, smart construction, smart building and revenue has reached  about NT 120 million by 2023/6~ 2024/12 .
  • AR glasses software and hardware solutions of remote collaboration and work guidance for Fire protection, factory production lines, construction and maintenance, education, medical and entertainment application, and revenue has reached  about NT 60 million by 2023/6~2024 /12.
  • Energy Product Deployment (Energy Storage, Solar Panels, Carbon Credits) and Total Solution (Hardware/Software), EMS/BMS/EV charging system platform and charging station User APP, carbon steward platform, one-stop energy solution. Promote in 13 states in North America. A charging station has been set up in Madisonville, KY HUCK'S for operation by 2022/2~2023 /9 .
  • Smart city AIoT big data system is used in smart government, technological law enforcement, and urban operation and maintenance and revenue has reached about NT 230 million by2020/1~ 2021/12 . 
  • Served as member marketing for the Foxconn BANDOTT smart TV box platform. It achieved a revenue growth rate of 16% to 30% per year and accumulated about 130,000 members by 2018/6~2019/12.
