Source relevant talent using a variety of creative technique and fgure out passive candidates via different platforms.
Manage the recruiting pipeline, including determining resources status & needs, coordinating recruiting event & Sourcing
activities, assessing and managing referral processes.
Create, build and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fll future anticipated and planned role.
Undertake HR projects and new initiatives such as employer branding, recruitment to acquire suitable talent for the
organization.
Maintain accurate record in our applicant tracking system
