● Smooth operate and closely monitor continuous casting machine activities : Mould, Ladle & tundish operation according to standard work procedure and work instruction from direct supervisor through available resources operation station Panel & HMI for achieve the planned production target. ● Prepare casting machine during sequence break : prepare of dummy bar, mould sealing, tundish & mould change to make the machine ready for next casting start within the available time limit. ● Support & participate during any operational troubles: ladle nozzle chock, tundish nozzle chock, breakouts, metal overflow from mould, billet early disconnection with other group members in identification & rectifying the problem in a timely manner either during planned or unplanned stoppages. ● Carry out routine inspection, adjustment, checking and cleaning of equipment on a daily basic to minimize unplanned plant and process interruption. ● Carry out the monthly maintenance routine and non-routine activities to ensure that casting machine is operating to the highest possible efficiency and standards to going basis : cooling chamber attach metal cutting, spray headers nozzle replacement and cleaning, tundish car launder and overflow box cleaning and repair with castable. ● Communicate clearly with operator on the next shift about current operation condition to ensure smooth handover with all clear information. ● Inspect and prepare spare tundish and mould prior to sequence break to minimize machine preparation time and perform lifting, shifting of consumable materials & mould to the casting floor. ● Identify and report immediately any problem or abnormality in running equipment or process, to allow appropriate, prompt corrective action to be taken. ● Support maintenance personnel during the planned shutdown period, working as a team to repair overhaul plant and equipment to ensure that plant & equipment is operating to the highest possible standard.

● Lead a team of continuous casting subcontractor operators, ensuring effective production of high-quality steel. ● Oversee production schedules, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and enhance production output. ● Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes, reduce operational inefficiencies, and ensure high-quality standards. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor and address operational challenges and streamline workflows. ● Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to team members to promote a culture of excellence and accountability. ● Operated and monitored continuous casting strand machines to produce high-quality steel products, from strand formation to final cutting. ● Ensured casting processes met quality standards by regularly checking temperature, speed, and other process parameters. ● Took samples from the production process for quality control purposes and worked with the quality team to ensure compliance with production specifications. ● Maintained operational reports on machine status, production output, and any issues encountered, recommending improvements when necessary.
