I am a product manufacturing engineer with a strong passion for understanding how things work and finding better ways to solve problems. Throughout my career, I have followed the principles of logical thinking, innovation, and efficiency. I focus on improving production processes, building communication between departments, and managing teams to achieve results. My academic background includes a master’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, where I focused on operations research and system simulation. During my studies, I published research on production planning and emergency evacuation simulation. This gave me a solid base in data analysis and decision-making, which has helped me a lot in my career, especially when working on cycle time balancing, capacity planning, and process optimization. I have worked in both traditional manufacturing companies and startups. In my early years at an industrial PC manufacturer and later at a global OEM company, I handled NPI (New Product Introduction) and mass production management. I worked on projects in different countries and developed strong skills in project coordination and communication across cultures. Later, at a robotics company, I led process engineering tasks, including working with contract manufacturers, designing production lines, setting up SOPs, and improving assembly quality and efficiency. I also helped build the MES system and was responsible for performance tracking and cost improvement. I am especially skilled in cost analysis and using numbers to find problems and develop clear solutions. I enjoy identifying waste, improving workflow, and making production more efficient without adding cost. My ability to solve problems and work with different teams has often led to me taking key roles in cross-functional projects. Outside of work, I care about giving back to society and currently volunteer as a civil defense police assistant. I also love travel planning and have organized group trips to countries like Australia, France, Italy, Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, and the Philippines. These experiences helped me build strong planning and coordination skills, even outside a formal work setting. In the future, I hope to take on more challenges in engineering or management roles. Whether it's improving factory efficiency, leading automation projects, or building strong team systems, I aim to be a reliable and forward-thinking member of the team.
