我叫陳薀涵，畢業於勤益科技大學應用英語系。在校期間，我紮實學習英文專業知識，同時培養了細心、耐心與快速學習的能力，能夠有效分析問題並找到解決方法。 畢業後，我曾在佳音英語擔任英文老師，負責課程教學、教材準備以及與學生和家長的溝通。在教學過程中，我學會了如何依據學生的程度與需求調整教學方式，也學到在有限時間內高效安排課程與批改作業，提升整體工作效率。這份工作不僅磨練了我的耐心與細心，也讓我培養出高度的責任感與溝通能力。 我個性上追求工作效率，因此早期常會給自己過大的壓力，希望每件事都能盡快完成。然而在實務經驗中，我學會了調整心態，明白只要工作在期限內完成就足夠，這樣不僅降低壓力，也反而提高效率，使工作的品質更加穩定。這段經歷讓我懂得自我管理與工作優先順序的重要性。 我希望未來能投入行政、業務助理或櫃台等需要英文能力的工作，將我的語言專長與細心、耐心的特質運用在實務工作中，協助公司提升效率並提供良好的服務體驗。我相信自己能快速上手，並在團隊中穩定貢獻，達成工作目標。 My name is Chen Yun-Han, and I graduated from Chin-Yi University of Technology with a major in Applied English. During my studies, I solidly developed my English skills while also cultivating patience, attention to detail, and a fast learning ability, allowing me to effectively analyze problems and find solutions. After graduation, I worked as an English teacher at Joy English, where I was responsible for lesson planning, preparing teaching materials, and communicating with students and their parents. Through this experience, I learned how to adjust my teaching methods according to students’ levels and needs, and how to efficiently organize lessons and grading within a limited time. This role not only honed my patience and attention to detail but also strengthened my sense of responsibility and communication skills. I am naturally focused on work efficiency, and in the past, I often put myself under significant pressure to complete tasks as quickly as possible. However, through practical experience, I learned to adjust my mindset and realized that completing work within deadlines is sufficient. This approach not only reduces stress but also improves efficiency and ensures stable work quality. This experience has taught me the importance of self-management and prioritizing tasks effectively. I hope to pursue a career in administrative work, business assistance, or front desk roles that require English proficiency, where I can apply my language skills, patience, and attention to detail to help the company improve efficiency and provide excellent service. I am confident in my ability to quickly adapt, contribute steadily to the team, and achieve work objectives.
