- Developing and implementing multi-channel strategies that align with business objectives.
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments and over lifespan of product.
- Go to market strategy coordinated internally (all depts) and externally (customers/end users) with weekly check ins to review milestones, new data, risks and opportunities and adapt accordingly.
- Working cross-functionally with our e-commerce product, design, engineering and sales teams to support successful marketing campaigns aimed at driving brand growth and customer acquisition.
- Driving the effectiveness of our Press and Influencer partnerships in supporting product launches and other key announcements.
- Developing and optimizing our Performance Marketing investments in brand growth and sales conversion.
- Expanding the scope and impact of our Community engagement and support efforts to drive evangelization of our brand and products.
- Evaluating portfolio performance and trends to continually improve and scale effective programs.
- Setting and managing quarterly OKRs for the PR & Partnerships, Performance Marketing, and Community teams.
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
- Mentoring and developing a team of specialists, ranging from managers to associates, on our PR & Partnerships, Performance Marketing, and Community teams.
