Hi, I’m Joanna. I graduated from Far East University with a major in Fashion Design. I am passionate about design and always try to create ideas that are both creative and practical. Currently, I work as a merchandiser at Heng Sheng International Co., Ltd. and have nearly three years of experience. My main responsibilities include project follow-up, client communication, and internal coordination between departments to make sure everything runs smoothly from product development to shipment. In my daily work, I use Excel functions to organize and analyze data to ensure on-time shipments. Although I am not in charge of quotations, I keep improving the sample and shipping processes, which helped improve communication with clients and made order confirmations more stable. This experience made me realize that I really enjoy working with clients and being involved in the progress and results of each project. Because I often need to collect and organize data from different sources, I started learning Power BI in addition to using basic tools like PowerPoint, Word, and Excel to improve work efficiency. I hope to continue growing and open the door to data analysis. In the future, I aim to improve my skills through real experience and become a valuable member of the team.
