Responsibilities : Responsible for 10 customer's production line, including 3 of Fortune 500 company and 5 product category(Port Replicator/ Wireless LAN/ POS Machine/ GPS Bicycle Computer/ Server Mainboard) . Building connections and supporting the wellness of the team to achieve excellence in quality requirements from customers. Handling customer complaints and deviation management during the manufacturing process. Engage and drive PM/ PJM/ PE to effective communication and the voice of customer execution to manage NPI&MP expectations, application related characteristics, ensure products meet customer specification and application requirement. Achievement: Improved remarkable yield rate for MP product by increasing 1% during the year 2023. Contribute to launch 3 projects to mass production(Port Replicator/ Wireless LAN/ POS Machine) in 2023.
