About me I am Rafi' Aditya Naufal Seputra, a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Semarang State Polytechnic with a strong interest in power generation systems and industrial operations. During college, I was actively involved in the Mechanical Engineering Student Association as a member of the scientific division, developing teamwork and communication skills through various technical and academic activities. I completed an internship at PT Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk as a Power Plant Operator, where I was hands-on in monitoring boiler, turbine, and generator performance, and supported start-up and shutdown procedures by consistently applying safety standards. This experience enhanced my technical skills and understanding of the importance of safety culture and system reliability. I am enthusiastic about learning new things, work well in teams, and have a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment by prioritizing safety practices. I am ready to contribute in operations, maintenance, or energy-related industries with safety as a top priority.
