requirements.
‐ Collect CMF and DFM for tooling open, driving technical knowledge transfer to mass
production.
‐ Establish and evaluate the tolerance analysis, statistical analysis for the quality control.
‐ Draft new product development and quotation to customer, ensuring the cost-effectiveness
and cost optimization.
‐ Spot the creative mindset to propose and implement innovative solutions to the engineering
challenges and then register the new patent, e.g., Paper staging controlled by gap sensor.
‐ Identify the root causes of engineering issues and implementing the corrective actions.
‐ Establish the issue analysis database and the design guide pool.
‐ Validate and optimized the production process from design point of view.
‐ Evaluate and optimize the design via FEA tool to robust the design.
‐ Act as internal CAE trainer, established the CAE database and developed training materials.
‐ Act as team leader of various projects, recruiting and coaching new team members.
‐ Establish the patent research practice and set up the patent infringement preventing
database.
