Job Description: The responsibilities of the Assistant CEO include:
1. Monthly performance summary: Responsible for summarizing and collating the performance data and reports of various departments within the company, and providing performance evaluation and decision-making support for the CEO.
2. Personnel management: responsible for personnel management, including the maintenance and coordination of employee relations, handling entry and resignation procedures, assisting in handling employee-related matters, and ensuring the reasonable allocation and management of the company's
human resources.
3. Administration: Responsible for the coordination and management of administrative affairs, including but not limited to managing drivers and nannies, ensuring that their work arrangements and daily management are carried out in an orderly manner to meet the company's administrative needs.
4. Meeting minutes: responsible for recording the content and important discussion items of the company's internal meetings, sorting out the meeting minutes and distributing them to relevant personnel in a timely manner to ensure the follow-up and implementation of the meeting results.
5. Itinerary: meeting arrangement, booking itinerary and coordinating various itinerary arrangements. Tasks assigned by the boss, etc.: Handle and follow up the tasks assigned by the CEO, ensure that they are completed on time and efficiently, and report the progress and results of the work to the CEO.
The tasks that are usually undertaken require efficient coordination and organizational skills to ensure the smooth running of the company's operations and to be able to provide full support and assistance to the CEO.

負責每月招聘任務,月度數據統整與報告、與技術主管核對崗位職缺、網上投放廣告、維護獵頭渠道等等。
2.3簽證管理
負責員工旅簽、9G工簽、降簽等等簽證問題處理。統計表格 金額付款等等。
3.行政管理:
负责行政事务的协调管理,包括但不限于管理司机和保姆,确保其工作安排和日常管理有序进行,以满足公司的行政需求。
4.会议记录:
负责记录公司内部会议的内容和重要讨论事项,整理会议纪要并及时分发给相关人员,确保会议成果的跟进和落实。
5.行程安排:
会议安排、预订行程和协调各项行程安排。
6.老板交办事项等等:
处理和跟进CEO交办的各项工作任务,确保按时高效完成,并向CEO汇报工作进展和结果。
