My job is Received the material or part , metalic or non metalic also inspection a part like detail part manufacture like frame from Airbus Helicopter, Skin outer Bel 412 . I am doing inspection the material or part , start inspection from visual, dimension, document like test report certificate conformance must be conform to material and guiding inspection. Material and document also must be according to purchase order and specification, all the results of inspection record by hard document or in the system SAP , but when the material not according to Purchasing i will open non conforming and report by SAP to and sent material to MRSA . not only inspection , i am also doing request for laboratory , there is a request by program or customer usually this activity when i inspect for material like pregpreg or adhesive . In other than that i also discussion with customer about material quality also involved doing preparation with the team for audit costumer or external audit. I also get some training knowledge in my company like , Human factor , Alumunium skin quality , Bonding composite, Airworthiness, providing new material,packaging material,Quality management system procurement,internal audit,root cause corrective action
