Born and raised in New York City, he developed a passion for medicine that inspired Adam Rosner's lifelong career. Despite significant adversity from the COVID-19 pandemic, he confidently mastered his crafts and furthered his passion for providing excellent patient service.
His career in optometry was premeditated from experiences shadowing local doctors, including Dr. Rachid Aouchiche, obtaining an Ophthalmology Assistant Program certification with Richard McCoy, LDO, and receiving onsite training at Elmquest Eye Group. His passion grew over the years, embracing the dedicated life of a medical practitioner. His Bachelor's degree in Communications and Biology from the University of Miami enabled him to ensure quality patient interactions and understand the complexities of ocular diseases. He completed extensive coursework and valuable externships in New York City, giving him the confidence to practice as a Doctor of Optometry to a high standard.
The path toward a successful career in optometry began with his Bachelor's degree from the University of Miami, where he majored in Communications with a minor in Biology on a Pre-med track. He followed this by earning a Doctor of Optometry degree from the prestigious State University of New York College of Optometry, graduating in 2023.
His practical experience includes 4th-year clinical rotations at SUNY College of Optometry at various locations, such as Woodhull Medical Center, SUNY Advanced Care & East New York Eyecare, Omni Eye Services, and SUNY University Eye Center.
He has co-authored medical articles, one of which was published by the Miller School of Medicine. He is an esteemed American Optometric Association (AOA) member of the New York State Optometric Association (NYSOA). He further complements these awards and memberships with a University of Miami Dean's List accolade for his academic brilliance.
