• Source volume candidates (Fashion, Beauty & Makeup sales), office positions via a range of
channels, including web advertising, referrals, social networking, and candidate databases.
• Build, develop, and maintain in-house candidate databases and workflow processes.
• Contact and interview prospective candidates, keeping records of all the contact.
