Hi 您好~我是嘉賓(Alex)，累積職場經歷已有19年。 在最近的10年內，我在面板製造業歷練過產品管理PM與工業工程IE的職務。 我現任IE主任工程師，與後段模組工廠單位合作，推動製造效能改善的活動，包含人力精實專案管控與效益追蹤，進行每月、季度以及年度的績效檢討。 近年來，公司推動數位轉型期間，我也學會使用Tableau與Python進行資料整理與視覺化，建立KPI管理報表，用於監控專案成績、進度以及風險預警。 我的上一個職務是擔任產品管理工程師(PM)，負責過NB(IT產品)面板與TV SET(整機)的產品管理。在NB PM期間，帶領團隊進行NB模組首次導入自動組裝線，將人工組裝帶入到自動組裝的新境界。 在TV 整機 PM時期，我們與品牌商合作將產品導入印度市場，並且由現在的任職公司依循品牌商的guidline進行產品設計，外包至馬來西亞工廠生產，這期間與品牌商/代工廠不斷的協調、溝通，取得三方共識，最終順利地完成驗證並量產往印度銷售。 我相信我的經歷，將會有助於貴公司的需求，歡迎與我聯繫。 Dear sir, My name's JiaBin (Alex). I have 19 years working experience. In the past 10 years, I worked as a PM and IE Engineer in a panel manufacture company. At present, I serve as an IE engineer. My duties include manufacturing performance improvement and management investment for manpower reduction. I also learned to use Tableau and Python for data organization and visualization during Digital Transformation by company. In my previous position, I worked as a Product Management Engineer. My duties include reply RFQ to sales team, kick off new products with RD members and bring into mass production, Cost management. I experienced NB panel(IT product) and TV SET product management. When I worked as a TV SET PM, our BU decide to introduce TV SET into India market. I have to co-work with a TV Brand company.
