•Successfully launched 6 products in a year, managing the product portfolio that ranked as the highest contributor to overall AIO shipment volume. •Responsible for product development of gaming DT/Creator DT/ Pro AIO/gaming peripheral, and lead cross-functional teams to make product MP on time. •Built the SKD process from 0 to 1, and responsible for the Semi Knock Down product development process. Fulfill sales volume of 5K units per month. •Monitor ODMs for gaming chair product line development, launching 4 gaming chairs in 4 months. •Led HW/SW/ME/Thermal teams to expedite the debug process and reach close rate higher than 90%. •Create Bill of Materials(BOM), review BOM cost, release ECN and propose cost-down solution.

•Worked with ODMs on supply chain and project management, ensuring product launch on time. •Worked with Sales team to win B2B deal on interactive white board educational tender project of 5K units in middle east and 200 pcs in Taiwan. •Supported regional FAE for B2B client’s requests or complaints and provided timely technical support.

•Managed 4 shipping agents and reached a full cabin for 8 flights as the department's record high. •Won orders in the market with 230 times price difference. •Cooperated with NTUT and publisher, publishing“Create visions and Show strengths”and selling 4K copies. The donation amount reached NTD $1M.
