• TARA Machines, subsidiary of Development Alternatives Group, has a portfolio of rural construction technologies. It has made a transition from a society to a private limited company, enabling it to generate private investments. I was part of the process of developing the business model and negotiating with social investors over a period of time.
• TARAhaat, a for-profit subsidiary of the Development Alternatives Group, is engaged in setting up IT based rural centers in India. I was responsible for restructuring the business plan to make it more focused on service delivery than product delivery.
• Green Technology Report: Worked on accessing the export potential of green technologies from India to other Southeast Asian Countries. The first ever market size estimate for the market of Environmental Goods and Services in India was done.
