With over six years of hands-on experience in crafting multifunctional nanomaterials for their applications in biosensing and biomedicine, I bring a wealth of expertise to the table. My skill set encompasses the art of harnessing the optoelectronic and physicochemical properties of transition metal oxides to design and engineer cutting-edge point-of-care biological and chemical sensors. Presently, I serve as a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the Department of Chemical Engineering within the esteemed National Tsing Hua University. Here, I spearhead pioneering initiatives in the realm of wearable biosensors, geared towards the early detection and continuous monitoring of chronic illnesses. My role involves close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, bridging the worlds of chemistry, biology, and engineering to conceive and construct monitoring devices that prioritize accuracy, sensitivity, and reliability. The projects I lead are driven by a resolute commitment to addressing the unmet clinical demands of real-time therapeutic load identification in disease models and ongoing disease progression monitoring. I shoulder the responsibility of meticulous product development oversight, ensuring that our devices align seamlessly with the unique requirements of our stakeholders. Beyond my professional journey, my academic prowess shines through with a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from National Sun Yat-sen University. I've authored a substantial body of work, publishing numerous papers focused on the development and utilization of nanomaterial-based biosensors in biological fluids. My dual educational background as both a Biotechnologist and Chemist equips me with the ability to devise alternative and patient-centric solutions to intricate biomedical challenges. Anticipating the road ahead, I am enthusiastic about pivoting towards the Industry, actively seeking dynamic challenges that allow me to channel my research-driven proficiency in Materials and Analytical Chemistry.
