- Quality Control Lead : monitor, guide, motivate agents, and ensure the team are able to achieve target and business goals. Solve day-to-day potential operational issues. Analyse issues and provide feedback for improvements.
- Flash Sale PIC : review products for Flash Sale from Business Development and response to complainant related their products problem.
- Handle and take responsible all of complaint in the salesforce / zendesk which related with content.
- Sales PIC :working closely with Business Development Sales to create account for VIP sellers, PIC for call to edit, analyze and to directly call sellers by phone to make changes of their uploaded products if necessary.
