Prepare and wash dishes used in food serving process, as well as utensils needed
Continuously deliver fresh food to serving pans in a timely manner
Fill condiment saucers and place them on tables, along with preparing tables for guests with plates and silverware
Check on guests and make sure all needs are fufilled, as well as communicating comments or complaints
Remove all finished plates and items not needed from the tables
Collect, organize and wash used dishes before drying and returning them to their orginal placement
