Analyze simulation results, provide correct and effective design suggestions, and help improve overall system performance 3.Optimize the design and circuit and apply them to various series of products to improve performance and stability 4. Develop innovative electromagnetic technologies, design and optimize circuits, and establish new standard processes 5. Responsible for cooperating with domestic and foreign academia and industry to develop multiple key physics and electromagnetic innovative key technologies, and collecting and analyzing innovative technology information from industry, academia and industry.

High frequency product development and design (Products include Programmable attenuators, RF attenuators, RF Switch, etc.): 1. Complete independently from product specifications to circuit PCB Layout design (with HFSS, ADS and Altium Designer tools) 2. Communicate and cooperate with mechanical and FW engineers from time to time 3. Products measurement and verification

1. Engaged in the research and development of 400G transceiver products including high-speed signal line design (HFSS high-speed simulation) and EMI testing 2. Cooperate with mechanical, optical, FW and Layout engineers to identify, confirm and solve related R&D problems 3. Participate in the 2019 OFC(Optical Fiber Conference) held in USA
