June 2016 - December 2016 Taipei initiate Fintech club and gathered more than 10% company overall staff to join the club by hosting broadly internal and external training opportunities from different Fintech Companies Companies : TW : Fugle, Statementdog財報狗, Hi Hedge Singapore : Smartly, Bambo Ireland : Newsconsole AI company. Self-motivated to Singapore twice and learned the development of ROBO and attended Fintech Award in Singapore Joined internal start-up program and received over 30 hours training, Line@, Agile, design thinking and led a 6 man team to pitch the whole ROBO idea. Guided team crew to challenge the status quo and inspired them to attend digital lessons, such as Growth hacking by Xdite, UI/UX by Alphacamp, Google analytics by AWOO SEO, etc. Directed and successfully won the internal start-up project to develop ROBO adviser platform by illustrating the exclusive idea, target audience, business model and content marketing strategy.
