Led the Project Management Unit (PMU) for the Outline Business Case (OBC) preparation of: Inche Abdoel Moeis Samarinda General Hospital PPP & Revitalization of Denpasar Water Supply PPP Project Reviewed and enhanced financial models and viability assessments for infrastructure projects under PPP schemes and offshore commercial loans (Pinjaman Komersial Luar Negeri). Served as Coordinator for the Indonesia PPP Book 2022, a key publication profiling bankable projects to attract private sector participation. Mentored junior staff and co-managed the Preliminary Study Internship Program, developing internal PPP capacity and guidance. Supported policy and technical preparation of Topic 5D – “Special Schemes and Incentives Promoting Green Finance” – for the 10th World Water Forum 2024. Participated in PPP project monitoring & evaluation, and engaged in bottleneck resolution discussions with line ministries and local governments. Member of the editorial team for Kantor Bersama PPP newsletter, disseminating PPP-related updates and policy guidance.

I work in Directorate of Innovative Funding Engagement has the task of coordinating, synchronizing policy implementation, monitoring, evaluating and controlling, as well as compiling cross-sectoral development strategic initiatives for national development planning in the field of developing development funding involving public-private partnerships. Conducted preliminary financial analysis and supported prefeasibility studies for strategic infrastructure projects: Ngawi Planetarium Agro Park & North Sumatera Sports Center Appointed Person-in-Charge (PIC) for the pre-feasibility study of Kuta Integrated Utility Panel PPP Project. Assessed offshore commercial loan proposals from a financial and sustainability perspective, including NPV and IRR calculations. Reviewed feasibility study documents to identify financial, technical, and institutional gaps in PPP proposals. Contributed to the publication of the Indonesia PPP Book 2021, compiling over 100 national and subnational project profiles. Participated in inter-agency coordination for PPP pipeline development and financing mechanisms. Facilitated training sessions and supported the design of capacity-building activities for new staff and interns.
