An integral member of the Colorado State Rams football team, his participation has allowed him to channel his longstanding passion for the sport developed in his youth. As a standout defensive back for the Rams, he earned illustrious all-conference honors despite playing in only seven games. In the 2022 season, he emerged as a notable leader and key player in the defense. His remarkable contributions were highlighted by 24 tackles and three interceptions throughout the season. A standout performance on October 7, 2022, further underscored his impact, featuring eight tackles, an interception, and an interception returned for a touchdown. With three years of eligibility remaining at Colorado State, he eagerly anticipates the forthcoming 2023 season as an opportunity to continue bolstering the team. Complementing his achievements on the field, Ayden has consistently demonstrated a genuine commitment to community engagement. During his four-year tenure at Eastside Catholic in Washington, he spearheaded B.Box, a noble initiative delivering monthly birthday packages to teen homeless shelters. This dedication continues at Colorado State, where he collaborates with the on-campus food pantry to ensure the continuity of B. Box deliveries. His altruism extends to projects like Pick 6, which imparts leadership skills and healthy habits to youth through flag football.
