My master's thesis was titled "Selective Liquid Phase Oxidation of Indium Arsenide and its Application in InAlAs/InGaAs High Electron Mobility Transistors. In my first year of graduate school, I chose semiconductor processes as my research direction, completing relevant credits at I-Shou University. In my second year, I collaborated with a laboratory at National Cheng Kung University, focusing on process technology research, including exposure machine usage and processes, etching processes, thin film processes using thermal evaporation machines, and measurement analysis using B1500A equipment.

Fitness Training Community

My university project focused on autonomous vehicle robotics, and I participated in the Tokyo Power Robot Contest, where I ultimately achieved second place honors.
