1. Plan and execute build CSR(RBA) audit activities, including human resources arrangement, EHS and factory readiness. 2. As a CSR primary contact, working with the client to establish the CSR project, provided clear directions and instructions to CSR team to achieve build objectives. 3. Drive RC analysis and establish corrective actions to implement solutions for findings. Identify critical risks and organize teams to explore solutions to aim ESG quality goals.
