Pastor Bradley Liebe grew up in Waupaca, Wisconsin, and pursued higher education at North Central University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Returning to the United States in January 2003, he became Assistant Senior Pastor at his previous church in Fort Myers. During his tenure, he oversaw the church's expansion from one to five regional campuses and managed significant infrastructure projects, including technological upgrades to facilitate live-streamed services. In 2009, Bradley became the Lead Pastor at a church in Appleton, Wisconsin. Under his leadership, attendance and financial contributions increased by 500%. He managed the church’s finances effectively, turning a $400,000 deficit into a surplus within his first year.
