Brady D. Beitlich is a healthcare professional with more than ten years of experience managing physician practices and expanding hospital service lines. He serves as the Director of Marketing at Southeastern Spine in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where he focuses on strengthening physician and patient referral networks. Holding a Master of Health Administration (MHA) from the University of Florida, he has completed several Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt projects and led numerous work teams. He uses his healthcare quality and process improvement expertise to achieve operational success.
Brady Beitlich was born in Sarasota, Florida, on April 26, 1988, and spent much of his youth fishing around Siesta Key and Sarasota Bay. His fishing interests grew from saltwater to freshwater bass fishing, and he later developed an interest in fly fishing during a trip to the Sierra Nevada to catch local trout.
Brady attended Pine View School for the Gifted, serving as Class President in 2004 and graduating in 2006. He then earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Education and Behavior from the University of Florida in 2010. While there, he held leadership positions in his fraternity, served as Vice Chairman of Student Government Productions, and acted as Vice President of Membership for Florida Blue Key. Continuing at the University of Florida, he completed his MHA in 2012 while serving as Treasurer for the Health Administration Student Association.
His professional journey began with an administrative fellowship at St. Mary’s Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Florida, where he oversaw patient experience, customer service, and communication for the level I trauma center and managed executive-level projects. In 2013, he returned to Sarasota, obtained Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification, and led a process improvement initiative at HCA Sarasota Doctors’ Hospital. Later that year, he joined Catholic Health Initiatives in Chattanooga, working to improve surgical services, charge capture, and patient flow.
In 2016, Beitlich became a Practice Manager with HCA Physician Services Group in Snellville, Georgia, overseeing specialties such as neurosurgery, pulmonology, endocrinology, and primary care. His work included launching a remodeled neurosurgery practice generating approximately $3.6 million annually, enhancing processes in other service lines to produce about $2.9 million in combined revenue, and improving team culture to eliminate voluntary turnover.
Since November 2024, he has led marketing efforts at Southeastern Spine, achieving a 16% increase in new patient referrals and a 33% rise in new patient visits. Brady Beitlich continues to apply his skills, leadership, and dedication to advancing healthcare services and fostering growth.
