Brendon Falconer is a senior financial executive with more than two decades of experience in banking, analytics, treasury, and corporate finance. He pursued higher education with the same commitment, earning an accounting degree from Kent State University and completing an MBA at Indiana State University. He has worked extensively in econometric modeling, ACL development, and stress-testing frameworks. In February 2014, Brendon joined Old National Bank as senior vice president and director of management reporting and data analytics. In this role, he strengthened enterprise financial and credit reporting and helped establish the bank’s first formal data science function. He later became treasurer in September 2016, overseeing liquidity, capital planning, market risk sensitivity, and treasury operations. He also led initiatives to improve deposit pricing and expand market risk analysis. Since May 2019, Brendon has served as Old National Bank's senior executive vice president and chief financial officer. His responsibilities include financial accounting, reporting, tax, treasury, data analytics, procurement, and oversight of finance teams. During his tenure, the bank grew to more than $46 billion in combined assets and completed the acquisition of a $20 billion Chicago bank.
