As a member of the food services team i work in a fast paced enviroment as part of a professional team interacting with the public and taking care of their needs.I help to serve food to customers, stock the resturant and run the on site coffee shop. I enjoy this varied role and am always looking to be challenged and take pleasure by being approachable and interacting with members of the public.

As a member of the UOTC i was a teir 2 army reserve. In this role i would lead fellow OCdts in the field and on base, working in high stress enviroments to manage troops, and make decisions quickly as well as the ability to work in a team. I was given internationally recognised leadership training that has made me a effective problem solver and a quick thinker.

My job role was to look after members of the public and paying customers by helping to teach horse riding lessons to kids, adults and the disabled. i had to be patient and friendly with a good work ethic to ensure all tasks were done to a high standard and that safety regulations and animal welfare standards were met.
