Cameron Blackmon

Born in Fort Worth, Texas, Cameron Blackmon has more than 15 years of experience leading infrastructure and technology initiatives within the energy, cryptocurrency, and industrial services industries. He is the Chief Technology Officer at Rhodium Enterprises, a digital asset technology company that utilizes proprietary systems to self-mine Bitcoin. In this role, he oversees networking, software development, and systems administration teams, ensuring that technology projects are completed on time and within budget. His leadership emphasizes precision, teamwork, and the delivery of efficient, high-quality technology solutions. He is also a Managing Partner at Imperium Investments, a private equity fund focused on monetizing energy through Bitcoin mining. The firm operates one of North America's most significant mining operations, converting energy into cash while maintaining low production costs. He works closely with the CEO and senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, drive innovation, and align technology strategies with the company’s objectives. His construction and project management background supports his ability to lead complex operations effectively. Before his current position, he and his brother co-founded Immersion Systems after leaving their family’s company, BMS CAT/Blackmon Mooring. As CEO, he guided the company in designing and implementing immersion cooling systems for industrial cryptocurrency mining. The concept was developed during their mining operations in Texas as a practical solution to operational challenges. As the system gained interest among industry peers, Immersion Systems was formed. The company focused on competitive pricing, quality craftsmanship, and reliable customer service, offering tailored solutions and hands-on assistance through every stage of installation and deployment. While managing Immersion Systems, he also served as Managing Partner at Palladium Mining Partners, an investment group focused on large-scale Bitcoin mining. The team completed over 1,200 projects ranging from $5 million to $7 billion, with successful exits exceeding $300 million, supported by decades of combined experience in project management, venture capital, and private equity. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at BMS CAT/Blackmon Mooring, directing operations and managing large-scale restoration projects across the United States. Cameron Blackmon holds a B.B.A. from the University of Oklahoma. A devoted Christian, he is married with two sons and enjoys playing guitar, piano, and scuba diving in his spare time.
