【CELL process improvement owner】 ．Provide quality issue solutions and defect reduction actions through SEM/ TEM analyzing and DOE testing. ．Import new process/ machines into CELL process by co-work with Research/ Quality team members to improve production capacity, reduce cost and solve customer complaints . ．Provid assistance to Production members about new products/ materials experimental planning and implementation. ．Develop quality/ reliability related standard operating procedures and migrate to all factories. 【Advanced process control system project leader】 ．Build/ optimize factory process system, help departments for data query and process automation. ．Analysis cross-factory abnormal issue through Big data system and provide root cause/ possible cause solutions. ．Share the project experiences of data mining and Big-data programming.
