Ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery. Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products in order to reduce the customer complaints. Maintains compliance with TFDA, and Health Bureau laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies. Updates the latest laws to the company's database and does internal education and training along with the appropriate staff. Takes delivery upon containers arriving, does visual inspections, and conducts thawing tests to ensure the goods meet required specifications for quality. Otherwise, communicates with the purchasing department to give feedback or lodge claims to suppliers. The company's primary business is reselling frozen fin-fish, shrimp, and squid or processing and repacking products upon customers' requirements.

Our company mainly import white shrimp from Central American, we mainly focus on Taiwan domestic market. My target is to promote and to sell our products to both wholesalers and retailers.

Mainly serve as a purchasing specialist but also as a communication platform between several Honduras local seafood manufactures and Taiwan headquarter in the resolution of day to day administrative and operational problems. Develop potential providers, figure out the logistic arrangement and coordinate with the exporter in order to confirm the product specifications, logistic route and secure the documentations required. Major Accomplishments -Built a cold room with a capacity of 80 CBM, maintained - 20℃ with all sanitary documentation prepared. -Investigated the fishery and banking regulations and arranged a new business model to make sure the safety of merchandise and save 15% of selling tax. -Created a reliable model from checking product quality, receiving products from the harbor and delivering them back to the cold room.

It’s a poverty reduction program and its principal is to help the El Salvador fishery department to develop and maintain good brood stocks and produce fingerlings to donate to the rural families as additional protein resources. I was in charge of three major objectives: 1. Breed the tilapia bloodstock Oreochromis niloticus and O. aureus separately. 2. Produce hybrid offspring (O. niloticus X O. aureus) till transportable size and arrange the delivery. 3. Make production plans to increase fingerlings production and optimize the daily administrations.
