His expertise in statistical methodologies and his capacity for cross-functional leadership allowed him to thrive, and he soon moved on to senior roles at several other major pharmaceutical companies, including Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Forest Laboratories, PAREXEL, and Astellas Pharmaceuticals.
