1. Work with some BUs under Chip Mong on HR System Maintenance Monthly and Quarterly report.
2. Design Wallpaper & Poster and post on HR App.
3. Support some BUs using SAP On-Premier on create position ID, change reporting line, update org chart, change org unit, and generate Master & Flexible Data.
4. Assist with Employee IDP, Mid-Year Performance Review and Employee Engagement Survey.
5. Worked with IT and Supervisor on 2.0 web portal for Employee IDP, Mid-Year Performance Review and Employee Engagement Survey.
6. Developed and documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance at Chip Mong Retail Business.
