i) Design plant and equipment for edible oil refining processes. ii) Highlights of the projects include:a) Successfully completing and delivering a 2000TPD improvement project for Bleaching Earth Dosing System at Sime Darby Oils Nuri Refinery. b) Managed the project of 200TPD Neutralization Plant at PGEO Edible Oils Sdn Bhd including engineering, procurement, and commissioning. c) Overseeing the project management for the post stripping system and special vacuum system for Sime Darby Oils Nuri Refinery and Jomalina Refinery,covering engineering, procurement, and commissioning. d) Project management of 300TPD New Deodorizer System at Sime Darby Oils Jomalina Refinery. iii) Responsible for managing various aftersales projects such as replacement of old degumming tank and STHE for Future Prelude Sdn Bhd. iv) Managing the entire project lifecycle, including project tender, design, plant/equipment delivery to commissioning and handover. v) Project budget and project schedule control. vi) Procurement of technical equipment for projects. vii) Communicate and maintain good relationships with suppliers to acquire goods with better value. viii) Implementing value engineering in the project to optimize the cost and to improve the process design. ix) Assist in pre-projecting and sales of process solutions. x) Assist in the application of SST and import duty tax exemption for the delivery of plant/equipment. xi) Development of P&ID, Process Description, Process Functional Diagram, Mechanical Drawing, Plant Layout, Pipe Rack Design, and Instruction Manual. xii) Preparation of materials takes off for the construction of the project. xiii) Lead discussions with customers on the process design proposal and project post-mortem meeting. xiv) Development of process automation i.e writing process description, FDS, FATs etc. xv) Create cause and effect charts and participating in client HAZOP sessions or leading internal HAZOP meetings. xvi) Providing project documentation, including monthly progress report, instruction manuals or operating manuals.
