Provides expertise in the areas of end-to-end recruitment, training & development, performance management, pay structure & KPI design, labor compliance, employee relations, best practices and organizational effectiveness.
1. Lead talent acquisition projects and collaborate with hiring managers to manage end-to-end recruiting process upon hiring needs.
2. Developing individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs that target tangible results.
3. Planning and implementing the work structure (ie. Job titles, Job requirements and descriptions) also company pay plan (ie. Fixed vs. Variable pay %, periodic pay surveys, job evaluation and pay budgets to drive employee performance, engagement and retention) for all positions.
4. Driving a high performance and people excellence culture including conduct talent review, career meeting for identified key talent/ contributors, strengthen management level capabilities, building up talent pipeline & succession planning, also provide coaching to managers on associates' performance issues.
