-assisting the commercial team in financing cases such as aircraft finance, vessel finance and yacht finance and so forth. -negotiating with the clients and their counsels. -developing new transaction structures to take special securities. -cooperating and liaising with foreign legal counsels and foreign banks. -designing internal training programs for both commercial team and legal team.

-assisting in cases in relation to Civil Code, Criminal Code and Securities and Exchange Act. -attending court hearing.

-assisting prosecutors in investigating criminal cases. -maintaining records of courts. -liaising with the authorities and parties.
