Later, Cory moved to Baumann, Gant & Keeley, P.A., where he worked on professional liability, construction defect, and personal injury cases, including a notable case involving 26 active parties. In 2016, Cory joined Morgan & Morgan P.A. as a Lead Attorney and Partner in the Business Trial Group, overseeing commercial litigation efforts in North Florida and Georgia. He handled complex business disputes, including fraud and securities litigation. In October 2024, Cory became the Managing Partner at Spizzirri Law, LLC, managing the firm’s operations and leading high-stakes litigation.
