- Host sprint planning, and menitor burn-down chart for tuning our delivery quality.

- Build a culture: “How to thinking in product” not just coding to every team member.

- Introduce unit-test (Jest) and teach members how to use it in BDD.
- Review design and pre-planning meetings with product owners and designers.
- Review / breakdown JIRA stories and assign to team members.
- Implement POC / MVP of new products: (ResumeGenius, Composely, Termly, and LawyerAI)
- Implement High Order Component for company payment. (CCBill, SafeCharge, and Authorize.net)
- Maintain in-house system: Legal Template Admin, revamp it to 3 versions for more visualized and speed up.
- Encourage frontend developer to add screenshot and write reading points for code review.
- Maintain Git tree and releases / hotfix branches.
